Well, the phpcruise.com domain name works fine as a redirector for me. Whether the IP is working is another question. I suppose you know that any number of domain names can be hosted on an IP address :) php|cruise people have choosen that provider, who has that page as the default for non-configured domain names. But the phpcruise.com domain name is configured...
