Hi Javier!
The PHP.net mirror site hosted by you (bo.php.net) has the PHP manual missing. See http://bo.php.net/manual, and please correct the error as soon as possible. Until you can fix this, I have disabled the site in the official mirror listing.
Thanks for supporting PHP,
Gabor Hojtsy [on behalf of the PHP.net webmaster team]
