Documentation Notes

I posted a note on the JOIN function in the online documentation several weeks ago, but it has yet to appear under any of the US mirrors. How long does this take to appear, and how often do you sync the notes on the mirrors (I saw notes on one mirror that weren't on the others). Thanks, and sorry in advance if I have emailed the wrong people.
