The addcslashes manual page if perfectly acessible for me. What mirror
have you tried this on?

When using the new drop down for serahcing for functions I found a
function I was not familiar with (addcslashes). So I tried to access
it and and got "page could not be displayed."
Just an FYI... Awesome site... You guys rule.
