Hi Jordi!
I would like to know how to setup my mirror site, I have a 2 mbps connection with 24x7 server with a hardware RAID 1 of 4 gb for the mirror. I Installed SQLite in my redhat but I don't know how to add the support in my php, I have php 4.2.3. I can't change it because this is a "production server". And my company wouldn't let change it. Where I can get help for setting it correctly, and how to have a nice PHP mirror Site :-) My server is located at Spain (Barcelona), my contact mail is jordi.valverde@bcn.concatel.com
We already have two working official mirror sites in Spain, so only proceed with the mirror site setup, if you need it for local purposes. We are not accepting new mirrors in countries, where we already have two official mirrors. See http://php.net/mirroring for more information... Currently a mirror site can function properly without sqlite, but the performance is much better with sqlite. And we plan to introduce new software which makes use of sqlite heavily. Goba
