Hi Adrian!
I would like to become a mirror site for ECUADOR - SOUTH AMERICA. We are Open SOurce Developers and we would like tto run your web fo rEcuador. Please let us know if you agree with our request. As there is no official mirror for Ecuador we will be able to register your mirror as the first for this country. Please follow the steps described at http://php.net/mirroring to set up the mirror. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
