Change your ServerAlias to php.hostarica.com www.cr.php.net cr.php.net
All 3 should be included.
Well, if ServerName already includes cr.php.net, it does not change much if it is also in ServerAlias.
The systems guys will now point cr.php.net to php.hostarica.com.
So if you want to move your mirror to another box you can by updating the ip
that points to php.hostarica.com..

I am here :) cr.php.net is now added, after I have checked that this server truley has an IP registered for Costa Rica :) The next round is our automatic check which will run in an hour, and it will try to find common errors on the site. If there is no error, the site will go to the official mirror list automaticallly.
