At a minimum, I'd like to remove my email address if possible.
We are not in control of the behaviour of these sites. The best we can do is to ensure that these type of email address displays are not used on php.net and official mirror sites. Since anyone can get the whole user note database (anyone can set up a new mirror), we are not able to stop anyone from doing this.
