Error messages and am I suposed to get them?

Hello This may be of little or no relevence to any of you, but here goes. I am an ordinary user. I recieved and invitation to fill in details on a web page and then found my system dropping out. When I went back and filled in the relevant page, which was a profile for a dating site, found that I recieved these two error messages. Warning: error_log(/home/affiliate/date_backup.txt) [function.error-log]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in E:\site\ibd\ibd_htdocs\confirm\profile.html on line 73 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at E:\site\ibd\ibd_htdocs\confirm\profile.html:73) in E:\site\ibd\ibd_htdocs\confirm\profile.html on line 105 The first error message also had a recomendation to retry sending the information, which promplty produced the second error message. The particular URL for this web page is given here http://lovegonesingle.com/confirm/profile.html I have tried accessing these people but can't get on the site at present, but the first error message above has a link via the function error log which brought me to the PHP site and I then found this e mail address to send to. Hope someone in the know can see that this gets to the correct people to sort the problems out.
