Hi,
There is nothing wrong with te notes system.
The note has been added 3 times and also rejected 3 times.
The reason for that is that your note contains a question.
You should have recieved 3 emails saying that the notes are not the place to
ask questions.
You can ask questions at php-general@lists.php.net
