Also add *.inc in Apache config
You can get our include files via:
http://www.php.net/include/layout.inc
http://www.php.net/source.php?url=/include/layout.inc
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/phpweb/include/layout.inc?r=1.195
and via rsync.php.net. What would we get by disabling the include files with Apache? There still would be many ways to view/get the source.
