our license explicitly says that we do not guarantee anything:

ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
So we can not guarantee these things:
Finally, you guarantee to Future France that:
- you are duly entitled to grant such use of the software ;
- the software is in perfect functioning state and that it does not
contain any virus or substantial error ;
- such use of the software does not infringe upon the rights of any
third parties.
so IMO we can not agree with this unless they remove these weird things.
Well, I have pointed the requestor to the license, and have not agreed on and of the points [also given that I am not entitled to do so] :)
