In the PHP manual (http://us4.php.net/manual/en/function.strtotime.php) for
the function strtotime there is a bad link for "Date Input Formats".
It needs to be changed FROM:
http://www.gnu.org/manual/tar-1.12/html_chapter/tar_7.html
TO:
http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_chapter/tar_7.html#SEC98
Thanks.
