In fact may not be a bug.
To use plainhtml output in pres2 w/ php 4.1.2 i've done those changes
(see below) to have tables w/multiple columns.
(I know, 4.1.2 is far from the highest php. But the pres2 is from the
php4CVS of yesterday evening. You do as you wish)
