problems??

Or is it me? Can't seem to get a download of 4.3.4 from any of the mirrors on your site - not to mention, your site is extremely slow...I'm on broadband with approx. 450kbps bw. Is there somewhere else I can try downloading a copy of 4.3.4 from?? If not, is it possible for you to e-mail me a copy of the most recent stable version?? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Note: I'm getting ready to work with some PHP at my site...& I'm hoping the apparent problems with your site are not an indicator of the problems I will be encountering. I'm using IE6 & the current Mozilla browser. Maybe I should stick with JAVA & Perl?? How long have you been running your php net? Obviously your opinion of it would be favorable, & I'm very interested in it, but are there inherent problems with particular browsers or platforms?? I know it's a relatively new language. Thanks for any help or info as I would like to get a PHP win32 binary install as soon as possible - I thought I had one backed up somewhere, but I've looked everywhere & just can't seem to come up with it.
