The question is still up. What Austrian mirror (we have at.php.net and at2.php.net)? BTW there is no need to get fed up. I am from Hungary, so I know quite well, where Austria is. I have just been in a hurry... I don’t think it makes any sense to put up a mirror site, that does not allow downloads faster than 15kbps.
