Hi Jorge!
I've setup a php mirror, that can be accessed by http://ftp.iestradas.pt/php/ or ftp://ftp.iestradas.pt/pub/php. Will be available a rsync server to. It will update from rsync.php.net daily at 01:00 AM GMT. If there's any problem please contact me.As far as I know the website is built to run on a named vhost and not in a subfolder. Also I need to point out that you have no chance to be accepted as an official mirror, since we already have two official mirrors in Poland. Still you are free to setup an unofficial mirror if you are keen on it. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
