Webmaster, I am on the firewall suppport team at IBM, and am investigating
a problem from an IBMer in Boulder CO, who reports, "The site, www.php.net
is available via MTS (home users VPN tunnel into IBM) but not from the
intranet." Can you tell me if PHP is blocking traffic from IBM? It would
appear to be coming from 32.97.110.142 or 143 (Boulder), 129.42.208.172 or
.173 (Poughkeepsie), or 129.33.49.251 or .252 (Raleigh). If so, would
you consider lifting this block?
