Hi Nick,
Our mirror site yu2.php.net, is active and has been active during the past three days. Please try to reach is yourself. I have checked that I can reach the php.net from our server. The updates have been going on regularly, daily, so this should not be a problem - our mirror site looks the same as php.net. What could be wrong ?
The error message was quite misleadig. Your mirror get disabled manually, since it is not hosted in the country you say it is. So since we found you lying to us, we have disabled the mirror and are waiting for another application to fill the space. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
