Hello, I'm currently developing a PHP/MySQL/PostgreSQL Billing/Client
Management script. I would like to get a temp. page up, but I am stuck with
a layout to use. I was wondering how you go about using your layout or
design of php.net, sort of like http://www.sanisoft.com/phplib/manual/
Or is what you use a custom CMS. Anyways,
