Hi -
I am a little curious why there is an IRC portbouncer
running on port 31337 on cvs.php.net.
It scares me a little in conjunction with the
remote-root CVS exploits which were made public on May
20th.
Is this deliberate? (No - I didn't portscan - just
heard something through the grapevine).
