Hi Bas,
My name is Bas Kreleger (19 years young). I, like many others, visit PHP.net often to console the PHP functions. When I visit php.net I get redirected to the dutch version of the website. This is nl.php.net. When I looked at the fopen() specifications for instance, the textures of the page were all in (I think) the France language. Maybe this bug is already known, but it never hurts to report it again. My compliments for the website. It gets visited by many daily and I've never spotted some slowness.
The Dutch version of the fopen page does seem to be Ducth to me. This is the direct link to it (on the nl.php.net site you mentioned): http://nl.php.net/nl/fopen I cannot reproduce the problem you explained. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
