PHP.net bad language bug..

Hi, Here i'm once again with the 'bad language' bug. Now i've got proof. I made two screenshots about two different PHP functions. I just requested the website by typing in the url: http://www.php.net/array_multisort. I didn't found the Dutch language on this website but some other. I don't know exactly what it is. When I typed in the URL address above, I got automaticly redirect to: http://nl.php.net/array_multisort. Looking at this URL address it should be in the Dutch language, but it wasn't. I didn't use some proxy server and didn't do anything I normaly wouldn't do neither.
