I was testing the cacheability of http://www.php.net/ and I got
this warning:
-----
The following server's clock appears to be inaccurate. This can cause difficulties in
caching its content. Please ask the administrator to synchronise its clock (this may also
be caused by a proxy between you and the Web server).
www.php.net - 23 min 32 sec behind

I tried this URL:
http://www.ircache.net/cgi-bin/cacheability.py?query=http://www.php.net/
Just issue 'rdate -s time.nist.gov' at Linux shell to correct this.
