I came up with the idea purely on the fact that there were limited ways of
getting hold of the various components for PHP, in the UK. This being
because (usually) you can get the "AMP" components from a magazine cover
disc but you would have to pay over £6 (Over $10) or by downloading the
files yourself, which, can take some time.
I was planning to charge less than that anyway!!
