UK Mirror Service

Dear Sirs, PHP Eduserv is pleased to announce that it will be taking over responsibility for the hosting of The UK Mirror service with effect from 1st August 2004. The service will deliver a vast online collection of the latest available versions of freely available electronic material of interest to the UK academic community, free of charge. This service will be called The JISC Mirror Service. As a valued contributor to the existing UK Mirror Service we would like to ask for your permission to allow The JISC Mirror Service to continue mirroring your product. Attached to this email is a letter explaining the service, the terms and conditions of use and a technical registration form. Please note that the current service (http://www.mirror.ac.uk <http://www.mirror.ac.uk/> ) will cease on July 31st2002 and the new service will be operational on 1st August 2004. Whilst it is hoped that the new service will be able to continue to use this URL, you will be notified of the exact details in due course. These are obviously quite short timescales so please contact us if you would like any further information, email mirror@eduserv.org.uk or telephone 01225 403224. Apologies if you are not the correct person to receive this correspondence and I would be grateful if you could forward as appropriate. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible Best wishes The Eduserv "JISC Mirror Service" Team
