The "find all bugs with email" feature was removed.

When I try to find all bugs in bugs.php.net I don't see bug 21532 in
index. When I try to find all bugs with email czuma@poland.org I don't
see 21532 either.
The only method to see the bug is using URL
bugs.php.net/?id=21532
Unfortunatelly, some comments have been deleted.
