Cyber Cast Intl, founded in 2002, is a hosting service provided located in Panama City, Panama. We offer local and international hosting services such as server colocation and dedicated server. With the guarantee of a 99.5 SLA. We would like to start the first panamanian PHP mirror. Please let us know if this idea is possible. Looking forward to assist the internet community.Since we have no panamaian mirror yet, we are open to the first one. Please see http://php.net/mirrors and start setting up your mirror following the instructions there... Regards, Gabor Hojtsy - one webmaster of php.net
