    Hello. I was wondering if it would be legal to republish php's documentation on my website (the whole function reference)?

There is not much point in republishing the manual, since we already have more then a hundred mirror sites worldwide serving the very latest content, and people come here for the manual. However our license allows you to republish the manual in its completeness without modification. See the copyright part in the manual (and the license in the appendix). Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
