Please contact Derick Rethans (derick at php.net), he deals with manual related stuff on the servers mostly :)

Is there anyone I can get in touch with about adding a PDF version of the manual to the mirrors for anyone to download? I have converted the HTML version to PDF with working links, no bookmarks yet, sorry. If someone is interested or can help me with adding it to the mirrors, please let me know.
