Hi Tadas,
I have translated into lithuanian some articles for W3C foundation (www.w3c.org under Lithuanian translations, Tadas Talaikis). No I have started mailing list as initiative to translate PHP manual into Lithuanian: http://mail.xongoo.com/mailman/listinfo/phpmanual_ xongoo.com You would help greatly if include in on local mailing lists source: http://php.linux.hr/mailing-lists.php as there are hard to find people to volunteer on such projects.
If you are working on the PHP manual translation, please apply for a CVS account and a mailing list, so you can fully enjoy our infrastructure and tools aimed at helping translations. Please see http://php.net/dochowto Goba
