add BC handling for old install part (modified patch by Nuno)
This change doesn't work completly as desired..
manual shorcuts are redirect, but full urls aren't.
for example:
http://php.net/manual/en/install.apache2.php isn't redirect
http://php.net/install.apache2 is redirected
Until the file is removed, the error handler will not get called. The file is there, so we have no way to get into the process with the errorhandler. We can however do some magic in the manual header functions, detecting from where we got called, but that is more hack then it is worth it. The old files need to get removed.
