Some mirror sites have problems with the executable files. The problem
should be fixed as the mirrors update, until then you can use
il.php.net for example, to download the installer:
http://il.php.net/downloads.php

This has nothing to do with my coding, but I haven't foudn any other
area to report it in. I tried to download both PHP 5.0.1 installer and
PHP 4 installer. All I got was a "Download Not Found" page. I'm new to
PHP and these downloads would be very helpful. Please help in any way
you can.
