Hi Bjorgvin,
As far as I know is.php.is (ftp.linux.is) has closed. I am one of the owners of the domain php.is and we would like to know if we could become an official mirror. You are right, the is.php.net mirror is down since 30th June, and even the server is inaccessible, plus the provider (linux.is) site is quite dead (last post in March). So AFAIS we will be fine with replacing the mirror with your suggested one. Please provide the information requested at the mirroring page. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
