Hi,
I saw that there was only one mirror PHP.NET in France then I propose to become mirror of PHP.NET. We are a non-profit French association (I am the President & Founder) who propose web services for French-speaking people. The server is on a 10 mbps bandwidth, what will be sufficient I think.

Thank you in advance for your reply.
