I don't know what the problem is because the mirror is being updated every hour and is online 24/7. Perhaps the problem is absence of SQLite in PHP configuration?You have not yet updated to our latest rsync parameter suggestions (the inclusion of the exe files), and therefore your mirror has no Windows inatallation files. Please update your rsync command line parameters. BTW it would be nice if you could setup sqlite, as it speeds up URL shortcuts on your mirror a bit, and will be used later to deploy livedocs (our soon to be used, but still under development documentation display engine) on your mirror.
