I would like to know two different things:
1) Would I be violating any copyrights if I put the PHP Documentation
on my site for users to view? I would like to provide easy access but
dont want to create any conflicts.
2) What specifications are required to host a mirror of php.net. I am
interested in hosting a mirror and want to make sure I have the
specifications required.
