Our automatic mirror site check was unable to reach the PHP.net mirror site maintained by you for three or more days now, *or* have found a critical error in your mirror setup. Therefore our bot automatically disabled your listing as an official PHP.net mirror site. The last error message stored for your mirror is: Mirror settings are not up to date (see mirroring page)

This is second time I receive this message, but I did not change any setting on server. First time the mirror was active again after two days. I checked again my Vhosts setting and all seems right. How can I have more info about this error ?

As the error message indicates above, actually it is the problem that you have not changed anything, although our mirroring suggestions changed. Please check the parameters you provide to rsync, since if you miss the update, Windows installers will not be available on your mirror (and thus it will be kept disabled).
