a german translation of the zend 2 changes document

hi, hope it's under your responsibility. I translated the zend2 changes document (http://www.php.net/zend-engine-2.php) into german and published it online. It's permanently available on http://www.webreeze.de/php5/php5-zend2-engine-de.php . Perhaps php.net is interested to add it to the list of available translations. :-) thanks and regards, Stefan Bolus
