Hi,
as i can see in mirrors.php - now in Russia only one official mirror of php.net site. can we set up second? we is an virtual hosting company, not big, but we can easy hold up to couple terrabytes outgoing traffic per month. We actually have three Russian mirrors, but two of them have temporary problems. As we expect these problems to be solved in the coming days, we are not about to add more Russian mirrors currently. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
