Thanks for the suggestion. This was supposed to be in an appendix, but it seems it is not done yet. Could you please open a documentation bug for this, so we can track the progress.

Just a suggestion: put the native PHP interfaces (Iterator, etc.) in the documentation. I apologize if there is another resource some where, but I have been unable to find documentation for some of these. It only makes sense to me to have theses listed and explained right in the main PHP documentation. Thanks. R.
