Mirror update notifications

Hi, Did mirror sites get notification of the changes to the requirements? If they did then they missed my Inbox I am sure. Our mirror was relisted again, but that was only down to luck of me noticing quickly. I think it was rather bad of php.net to make alterations and not informing the mirror providers in a better way than a "complaint" email that their mirror isnt working properly. In future when things are changed like this cant a simple email be sent around (prefrably in advance) explaining what changes are being made, afterall you do have our email addresses? Regards, Chris Burton.
