Hi Assen,
The reason for the problems of this kind is that the server is quite popular and serves lost of requests. To make sure we are up to date, we put the HTTP and FTP down for a half an hour and ran the update manually. It completed without problems, so we are back online.
Now it seems your mirror is not yet up to date with the latest rsync command line settings we suggest. This makes the windows exe file to be missing from your mirror: http://bg.php.net/get/php-5.0.1-installer.exe/from/a/mirror Please check the mirroring page and update your settings. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
