Hi Zac,
I would like to offer qualsec.net's services to host an official php mirror, we are on a dedicated server in the Planet datacenter and have large amounts of free bandwidth and free hard disk space.I guess you would like to offer a new US mirror, in which we are not interested, since we seem to have adequate coverage in the US. Thanks for your offer anyway, Gabor Hojtsy
