At the moment of writing this comment, the site is working again, but it will probably crash again within 48 hours, which is the normal interval between those weird hangs. I am working on setting up a copy of the mirror on another server which does not suffer from this problem, and when I see all is working there, I'll shift the DNS to the new server. All searchs performed (from Israel) on the main site (www.php.net) are directed to this domain but it's offline.
