There is a problem with the setup of the mirror. Appears that the
il2.php.net and www.il2.php.net URLs are re-written (via a 302 Found
response) by your Apache to http://www.php.off.co.il.
I think this happens because you have not set-up (www.)il2.php.net to be
ServerAlias in the VirtualHost configuration, so Apache continues to
re-write the URL into what is probably the ServerName... please check
and see that you have all the settings as outlined in
http://php.net/mirroring
