Hi Goran,
.cs is assigned (reserved) for Serbia and Montenegro, but the change from .yu to .cs has not done yet. Currently .yu is still in use as TLD for S&M. I have read that some government Internet agency will soon change it, but it has not done yet. Therefore I thing that you should not rename yu.php.net to cs.php.net for now, but only to change the name of the country, since only sure thing is that Yugoslavia does not exist any more.
Seems like we have no Serbia and Montenegro option in the country table yet, and thus I am unable to switch the details of the website now. I have contacted the systems team, so they can update the country list, and I can switch the mirror. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
