Since when do conferences matter more then PHP releases that address critical security issues? In the future hold off publishing conference announcements until at least few days after a release or position them below the release announcement.

News items were posted from top all times, when they came in / when maintainers had the time. This does not mean they are more important, this is just a consequence of the chronological publishing model used. Goba
