Hi Christian,
i have a problem while downloading the documentation file: *php_manual_de.tar.gz ** I always get more data then expected (the file gets >10 MB big) all other files are okay only tar.gz affected. I think its my ISP that causes problems so can someone please provide a zip or mail it to me?It is probably the problem that you are downloading with some buggy browser (internet explorer I guess :). It decompresses the file on the fly for you, and saves that decompressed file, which is despite its extension being tar.gaz is only a tar. You might still be able to handle that with the suggested tools (see the manual FAQ), or you can try with a real browser. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
