Hi Anand,
one question, if i setup a mirror for my own use, probably call it an unofficial mirror myself. Can i do that ? And how frequently i can mirror the contents ? Are the instructions included at http://in.php.net/mirroring.php enough for mirroring ? I was looking at the requirements and got stuck at the SQLite installation, when i use pear install SQLite, i get the following error: downloading SQLite-1.0.3.tgz ... Starting to download SQLite-1.0.3.tgz (371,189 bytes) ................done: 371,189 bytes 50 source files, building running: phpize /usr/local/bin/phpize: /tmp/tmpChElpm/SQLite-1.0.3/build/shtool: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied /usr/local/bin/phpize: line 68: -f: command not found `phpize' failed any clues ? i have phpize present at /usr/bin/phpize and /usr/local/bin/phpize. And if possible please do keep in mind if in future there is any mirror requirements, i would be glad to be of service to the community. And thx again for all your time.
All of your questions here are detailed on the mirroring page. About unofficial mirrors, instructions for unofficial mirrors, whether SQlite is needed or not. Just read please! Just read. And if you have PHP setup questions, please contact php-general@lists.php.net Goba
